Terms & Conditions

These terms explain the conditions that apply to quote requests, custom vinyl products, artwork, payment, fulfillment, shipping, and orders placed with The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC.

Last updated: October 8, 2026

1. About These Terms

These Terms & Conditions apply to your use of the website and to quote requests, purchases, and custom orders made through The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC. By requesting a quote or placing an order, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms.

The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your order will generally apply to that order.

2. Quote Requests

Submitting a quote request through our website does not create an order, contract for production, or obligation to purchase. A quote request allows us to review your project and determine pricing, production requirements, and fulfillment options.

Quotes are based on the information provided by the customer. Changes to size, quantity, materials, artwork, colors, application requirements, turnaround time, delivery method, or other project details may change the quoted price.

A quote is not final approval to begin production. Production will begin only after the customer has approved the applicable quote and completed any required payment or other approval process.

3. Pricing and Payment

Pricing is provided based on the specific project and information available when the quote is prepared. Unless otherwise stated, pricing applies only to the scope described in the quote.

Payment is not collected through the quote request form. If you approve a quote, we may provide a payment request or invoice through PayPal or another payment method communicated to you.

Production generally will not begin until required payment has been received and any necessary artwork or production approvals have been completed.

4. Customer-Supplied Artwork

Customers may provide artwork for use in producing their requested decals or lettering. By submitting artwork, you represent that you own the artwork or have all rights, licenses, permissions, and other legal authority necessary for us to reproduce it for your order.

You are responsible for obtaining permission to use any copyrighted, trademarked, licensed, branded, or otherwise protected material that you provide.

The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC does not claim ownership of customer supplied artwork. You remain responsible for the legality of the artwork you submit and for any claims arising from your submitted artwork.

The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC may decline to reproduce artwork when we reasonably believe that the requested reproduction may violate intellectual property rights, applicable law, or our business policies.

5. Artwork Reproduction Authorization

When you check the artwork authorization box on our quote form, you confirm that you have the legal authority to have the submitted artwork reproduced and authorize The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC to use that artwork solely for the purpose of preparing and fulfilling your requested order.

This authorization does not transfer ownership of the artwork to The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC and does not grant The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC permission to use the artwork for unrelated purposes.

6. Custom Products and Approval

Custom vinyl products are produced according to the specifications approved by the customer. Customers are responsible for reviewing the quoted specifications, dimensions, spelling, wording, colors, quantities, and other project details before production begins.

Once production has begun, changes may not be possible or may result in additional charges.

Because custom products are made specifically for the customer, they generally cannot be returned simply because the customer changes their mind or no longer wants the product.

7. Vinyl Materials and Color

Vinyl appearance may vary depending on the material selected, viewing conditions, lighting, display settings, and the surface where the vinyl is applied.

Screen colors shown on a computer, phone, or other device may not exactly match the physical vinyl material.

We will use the material and color specified in the approved quote, subject to material availability.

8. Installation

Unless specifically included in a written quote, installation of vinyl decals or lettering is the customer's responsibility.

The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, unsuitable application surfaces, environmental conditions, cleaning methods, vehicle washing, removal, or other conditions outside our control.

Customers should ensure that the intended application surface is clean, suitable, and appropriate for vinyl before installation.

9. Local Delivery

Local delivery may be available for qualifying addresses in the Chino Hills area. Availability, delivery area, timing, and any applicable delivery charge will be confirmed as part of the customer's quote.

Delivery timing may vary based on production completion, scheduling, traffic, weather, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

10. Shipping

Shipping is available within the United States for qualifying orders. Shipping charges will be communicated as part of the quote or invoice.

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, carrier delays, interruptions, weather events, and other transportation issues may be outside our control.

Customers should provide an accurate and complete shipping address. Additional charges may apply if a package must be reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

11. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you believe we produced an item incorrectly compared with the approved specifications, contact us as soon as reasonably possible with your order information and photographs or other documentation showing the issue.

We will review the situation and determine an appropriate resolution when an issue is confirmed to be attributable to our production error.

12. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible. Cancellation may not be available after custom production has begun or materials have been committed specifically to the order.

Because custom products are produced specifically for each customer, refunds and returns may be limited. Any approved refund will be evaluated based on the circumstances of the order, production status, and applicable law.

13. Right to Refuse an Order

The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC reserves the right to decline a project or refuse production when we believe the requested work may violate applicable law, infringe intellectual property rights, involve prohibited content, create unreasonable production risks, or otherwise fall outside the services we provide.

14. Limitation of Responsibility

To the extent permitted by applicable law, The Vinyl Cut Shop LLC is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, unsuitable application surfaces, customer supplied artwork, incorrect information supplied by the customer, carrier delays, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

15. Website Information

We make reasonable efforts to keep website information accurate and current. Product availability, materials, pricing, services, turnaround times, and other information may change without notice.

Website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not guarantee that a particular product, material, service, color, or production method will be available for every project.

16. Privacy

Information submitted through our website is handled according to our Privacy Policy.

17. Governing Law

These terms are intended to be governed by the laws applicable in the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
